Epoxy Resin Composite Cable Tray

Epoxy resin composite cable tray is a type of cable tray that combines a steel skeleton (with inner steel lining) on the inside and a composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion layer on both sides. Its structural layers are as follows: steel plate layer - soft bonding layer - anti-corrosion layer composed of composite epoxy resin and fiberglass cloth - UV-resistant gel coat layer.

Epoxy resin composite cable tray: Simply referred to as composite tray. According to structural types, it is divided into: composite ladder-type cable tray, composite trough-type cable tray, and composite tray-type cable tray.

Composite ladder-type cable tray: Composed of ladder sides and rungs. The ladder sides and rungs are first welded together to form a sturdy basic shape of the ladder-type cable tray. Then, an anti-corrosion layer made of epoxy resin and fiberglass cloth, along with a UV-resistant gel coat layer, is applied to the outer surface. It is formed in one pressing process using hydraulic molding equipment.

Composite trough-type cable tray: Based on the composite ladder-type cable tray, a layer of bottom plate is added to form a trough shape. This combines the strength of the ladder structure with the enclosed nature of the trough-type cable tray. The bottom plate is typically made of pultruded fiberglass-reinforced plastic without steel lining, aiming to reduce weight and provide sealing.

Composite tray-type cable tray: Drainage holes are regularly punched into the bottom plate of the composite trough-type cable tray.
